Steps:

  • Mix together lemon juice, Dijon mustard and spices in a bowl.
  • Pour over chicken in a shallow baking dish and turn to coat. Marinate in refrigerator covered for 2–4 hours.
  • Grill on BBQ or in oven on broil.
