- "Chop of the ends of sprouts and then cut in half. Slice each half into about 4-5 slices. They will stick together in chunks sort of, that is fine. Put all ingredients except sprouts into a skillet and heat on medium. Add sprouts and mix well so all sprouts have the mixture on them. Cook, mixing frequently, until they turn a brownish green color and are soft. Some of the larger chunks may be a little crunchy and that's fine. Just cook until you think they are done enough and serve."

- <p><span id="docs-internal-guid-0a81a942-7fff-a445-5c39-8787f2a40357"></span></p> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil. Prepare the Brussels sprouts by trimming the bottoms and slicing them lengthwise.</p>
- <p><span id="docs-internal-guid-54d56877-7fff-fe5f-c76e-2d766b912cff">In a skillet over medium-low heat, cook the bacon until crispy and the fat is rendered.</span></p>
- <p><span id="docs-internal-guid-9b38fd0f-7fff-66b4-7cac-b0e635a27c97">In a large mixing bowl, add the rendered bacon fat, sliced Brussels sprouts, granulated garlic, maple syrup, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Toss to coat.</span></p>
- <p><span id="docs-internal-guid-cdcbd911-7fff-a76d-9c54-10287fd571c9">Transfer the mixture to the prepared sheet pan and roast the Brussels sprouts for about 15-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The cook time will vary with the size of the Brussels sprouts.</span></p>
