Make Fajita Spice Rub: Combine onion powder, salt, cayenne pepper, chili powder, ground cumin, and paprika. Toss chicken strips with spice rub and set aside.
- 2.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stack tortillas and wrap in foil. Place in oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
- 3.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook garlic 30 seconds. Add chicken. Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until cooked through (165 degrees). Remove chicken from skillet; keep warm.
- 4.
Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in the same skillet. Cook and stir peppers and onion strips for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Return chicken to skillet. Stir in cooking sauce and heat through.
- 5.
Serve fajita mixture in warmed tortillas with lime wedges. Garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired.

FIESTA STEAK FAJITAS - LANE'S BBQ
Classic fajitas are pretty easy and have great taste, but how do we take it up a level? These fajitas are next level for sure. With the addition of Fiesta Seasoning and our concoction of garlic butter to cook the steak and veggies with is "out of this world" good! The wife and kids will be happy you cooked this meal and trust us, pair it with the Mexican Street Corn! You will in the running for Dad of the Year!

Steps:
- Cut Steak into strips and season with Fiesta Rub
- Over medium high heat (preferably in a cast iron skillet) add 1 tablespoon of Garlic² Butter (See directions below) and Steak. Cook until desired internal temp. We cooked ours med rare 135 deg.
- Julienne Cut Onion, Bell Peppers, and jalapeños
- Over medium heat add 1 tablespoon Garlic² Butter (See directions below), Onions, Bell Peppers, and Jalapeños. Season with Fiesta Rub and cook until soft, but still has a crunch.
- Once all cooked prepare your fajitas to your liking.
- Blend Stick of softened butter and 2tsp Lane's Garlic² Seasoning
- Place in Fridge
