Steps:
- In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, dry leek soup mix, water chestnuts and chopped spinach. Chill in the refrigerator 6 hours, or overnight.
- Remove top and interior of sourdough bread. Fill with mayonnaise mixture. Tear removed bread chunks into pieces for dipping.

- Cook spinach as directed on package. Cool slightly; squeeze to drain well.
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, celery salt, dill and onion salt. Stir in cooked spinach, onions, water chestnuts and pimientos. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors. Serve dip with crackers.

Step 1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F (180°C). Step 2. Add the olive oil to a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the shallots until fragrant, approx. 3 minutes.
