Make your dinners better with our grilled lemon pollock recipe! This fish dish is marinated in a lemon mix that's sure to brighten any meal.

Number Of Ingredients 10

? cup minced fresh dill
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tsp Dijon mustard
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp granulated sugar
¼ tsp ground black pepper
1 minced garlic clove
20 oz thawed, if necessary pollock fillets
cooking spray

Steps:

  • Mix together all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Brush the marinade all over the pollock fillet.
  • Seal the container & transfer to a chilled area.
  • Allow fish to marinate for about 20 minutes. Preheat the grill.
  • When done, drain the pollock fillets and excess of the marinade.
  • Prepare grill and coat grill rack with cooking spray.
  • Put fish on grill rack and cook for 4 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes fall off easily with a fork.
  • Serve with fresh dill and lemon wedges.

- cooking oil

Steps:

  • Bake, sauté or grill pollock*. For grilling, brush generously on both sides with oil and cook 4 to 5 minutes per side until fish flakes. Top with fresh salsa verde and a sprinkling of finely chopped parsley. Garnish with chopped tomato, avocado and sour cream. *Bake at 350 degrees for minutes. Sauté over medium-high heat 4-5 minutes per side. Additional Ideas Serve with buttered bowtie pasta and zucchini -or- mashed potatoes, steamed frozen peas and peach pie Additional Information A 3 ounce serving of plain fish contains around 78 calories, 1 gram of fat, 60 milligrams of cholesterol, 73 milligrams of sodium and 17 grams protein.
