1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 cup uncooked instant rice

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, combine the first 10 ingredients; bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover and remove from the heat; let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
