2 cans (6 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Flaky Layers Buttermilk Biscuits (5 Count)
3/4 cup pizza sauce
80 pepperoni slices (from two 3.5-oz. pkg.)
4 oz. (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease cookie sheets.
  • Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Separate each biscuit into 4 layers; place on greased cookie sheets. Spread each biscuit layer with 1 teaspoon pizza sauce. Top each with 2 pepperoni slices and about 2 teaspoons cheese.
  • Bake at 400°F. for 7 to 9 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

12 slices pepperoni
1 oz shredded mozzarella cheese (1/4 cup)
1/2 cup tomato pasta or pizza sauce, heated

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Unroll dough; separate into 4 triangles.
  • Place 3 slices pepperoni, slightly overlapping, on center of each triangle. Top each with about 1 tablespoon cheese.
  • Roll up, starting at shortest side of triangle and rolling to opposite point. Place rolls, point side down, on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake 9 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm crescents with warm pasta sauce for dipping.
