This Vegan Caesar Salad Dressing is cool, creamy and will coat all your salads with tons of crave-worthy flavor! It's a savory, tangy condiment that you can whip up in minutes and fine-tune to suit your preferences. Gluten-free, dairy-free, grain-free, paleo, low carb and Whole30 compliant.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/4 cup drippy tahini (we like Soom or Artisana)
2 tsp capers (finely minced)
2 tsp caper juice (from the jar)
3 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 tsp Dijon mustard (or grainy mustard)
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic (finely minced or grated)
1/2 tsp sea salt (or to taste)
1 tsp olive oil (or water, to thin the dressing (only as needed))

Steps:

  • In a small food processor or a high-speed blender, add all the dressing ingredients and puree until creamy and smooth.
  • Add olive oil or filtered water, only as needed, 1-2 teaspoons at a time to thin out the dressing to your desired consistency. Then blend again until smooth.
  • Adjust any seasoning to taste, then transfer to a resealable jar and chill in the fridge until ready to use.

1 to 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
2 tablespoons capers (plus 2 tablespoons of the brine)
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
chopped lettuce (optional)

Steps:

  • Combine all the ingredients, adjust the vinegar and brine to your taste.
