JALAPENO ARTICHOKE DIP - COSTCO CLONE - KATIE'S CONFESSIONS
A creamy cheesy spicy dip that comes together in minutes

Steps:
- Add one can of artochokes to food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
- Add mayo, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, garlic cloves and jalapenos. Pulse until well mixed.
- Remove from food processor, and gently mix in the other can of artichoke hearts (loosely dice them beforehand). You want some good artichoke chunks in there.
- Serve cold or warm with crackers, pita bread or tortilla chips.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Combine the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese and mix well. Spread mixture in a 9x13-inch baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
