WHITE CHOCOLATE KIT KAT RECIPES

Steps:

• Spoon royal icing into pastry bag fitted with #2 plain round tip. Cut Kit Kats into 2-piece bars. Pipe some royal icing on top of 4 bars and place another set of 2 on top to line up. Repeat with more icing and bars to make 4 stacks of 3. On long, narrow serving platter, arrange stacks to make cars. Secure each assembly with dot of royal icing. Using royal icing, attach 2 mints to both sides of each car as wheels. Pipe dot of icing in center of each mint and add 1 Spree candy, pressing to secure. Pipe dot of icing on 1 banana-shaped candy; attach to side of car just touching tops of both wheels. Repeat. For engine car, trim 1/8 inch from 1 edge of large peanut butter cup. Pipe icing on bottom of cup and attach, trimmed side down, on front of first (engine) car. Use royal icing to attach green fruit slice as cowcatcher, 1 red Spree on top, and 1 yellow spice drop as light. Attach mini peanut butter cup on top of car near front. Trim rounded end of 1 large red gumdrop flat. Attach 1 yellow and 1 orange Spree and top with 1 green spice drop, rounded side down. Place assembly on top of peanut butter cup. Attach 1 red Spree and remaining green spice drop behind assembly. For second car, attach some mini Starburst candies in pile on top of Kit Kat. For trees, slice spearmint leaves in half to remove  textured sides and trim wider ends to make flat. Pipe dots of icing and add trees at an angle. Pipe more icing as snow at base of trees and small dots to attach star candies. For Santa’s sack, remove thin slice from bottom of yellow gumdrop. Shape slice to make top of sack. Attach with dot of icing and pipe a line to look like a string on sack. Place on top of last car. For Santa, remove thin slices from rounded ends of red gumdrop and 1 red and 1 white spice drop. Press uncut end of white spice drop to cut end of red gumdrop to make head and body. Press flat side of uncut red spice drop to top of head as hat; press lightly to secure assembly. Cut remaining uncut red spice drop in half lengthwise. Use 1 piece to cut lengthwise again for arms, discarding other half. Press on arm pieces, with narrow side near head and sticky side to body. Pipe icing to make beard, hands, button, and trim. Add heart mouth and sprinkle eyes. Cut black spice drop in half crosswise, horizontally, keeping flat piece to use as boots. Press cut end of remaining red spice drop firmly in center of flat cut side of black spice drop. Pipe dot of icing on flat side of red spice drop and add Santa assembly.
  

Steps:

• Put graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, white sugar, butter and milk into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes.
• Put a layer of buttery round crackers in a 9x13 inch pan and pour 1/2 of the graham cracker crumb mixture over it. Put another layer of crackers and pour the remaining mixture. Add last row of crackers.
• To Make Topping: Melt over low heat the butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, and peanut butter. Melt at low heat and spread over the top.
