- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
- Saute the garlic and shrimp briefly. Set aside.
- In another deep skillet, add in butter, cream, chicken stock and vodka.
- Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Add cheeses, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir continuously to melt the cheese.
- Mix in pasta and shrimp until evenly incorporated.
- Allow it to simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Serve.
