Strawberry Cheesecake Crescent Roll-ups - Pillsbury.c… image

Fresh strawberries, cream cheese and crescent dough make this sweet treat easy to make.

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Dough Sheet
4 oz cream cheese (from 8-oz package)
2 tablespoons seedless strawberry jam
1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries
2 teaspoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon sparkling sugar

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper.
  • Unroll dough on work surface. Cut dough into 12 rectangles (2 cuts lengthwise and 3 cuts crosswise). In small microwavable bowl, microwave cream cheese uncovered on High 20 seconds to soften. Spread about 2 teaspoons cream cheese over each dough rectangle to 1/4 inch of edge. Gently spread about 1/2 teaspoon jam over cream cheese. Place about 2 teaspoons strawberries in center of each square; spread slightly.
  • Roll up each rectangle, starting with shortest side, and pinch seam to seal. Place on cookie sheet, seam side down. Brush with butter, and sprinkle with sugar.
  • Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm.

1 (8 ounce) can Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
¼ cup pizza sauce
¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup sliced pepperoni
1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Unroll dough on cookie sheet and separate into 4 rectangles; press each into 6x4-inch rectangle, firmly pressing perforations to seal.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce on half of each rectangle to within 1 inch of edge. Sprinkle each with 3 tablespoons cheese; top with 6 slices pepperoni. Fold dough diagonally over filling; firmly press edges with fork to seal. Sprinkle each triangle with 1/4 teaspoon grated cheese. With fork, prick top of each to allow steam to escape.
  • Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until deep golden brown. Serve warm.
