- Sprinkle dill, lemon-pepper, salt if desired and garlic powder over salmon. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the brown sugar, broth, oil, soy sauce and green onions; add salmon. Seal bag and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning once. , Drain and discard marinade. Grill salmon skin side down, over medium heat; arrange lemon and onion slices over the top. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

- Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
- Combine 2 tablespoons Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt, lemon zest and pepper in bowl; mix well.
- Loosen skin on chicken breasts; spread lemon butter mixture under skin of each breast.
- Place remaining butter into bowl; microwave 5-10 seconds or just until melted. Stir in lemon juice.
- Place chicken onto grill, skin-side up. Grill 8 minutes. Turn chicken; brush top of chicken with 1/3 butter mixture. Grill 8 minutes. Turn chicken again, brush with 1/3 butter mixture. Grill 8 minutes. Turn chicken again, brush with remaining butter mixture. Grill 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF and juices run clear when pierced with fork.
