½ cup fresh, thinly sliced ginger
6 cups cold water
2 cinnamon sticks
2 tbsp honey

Steps:

  • In a deep saucepan, add the cold water, ginger, and cinnamon sticks.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Bring the heat down to low and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Add the honey.
  • Strain the tea to separate from ginger and cinnamon. Serve while hot!
