- Add the BBQ sauce and salsa (or grape jelly) in a slow cooker.
- Stir to combine.
- Add the meatballs and stir to coat the meatballs. Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on high for 3 hours, stirring occasionally while they cook.
- Remove the lid and stir to coat the meatballs. Serve warm.
