PORK BURGER RECIPE - SIMPLE CHINESE FOOD

Pork burger recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

When I went to the supermarket on the weekend, I happened to see that there were hamburger embryos on sale, so I bought a bag and went home, thinking that I could make hamburger breakfast the next day, which was very convenient; in fact, this is also the first time I made pork hamburgers, and the taste was so good. Not very good, the pork is not fresh and tender, and the meat is not good enough. Improve it next time.

Provided by Love fish de Xiaofeifei

Total Time 10 minutes

Yield 2

Number Of Ingredients 11

3 pcs Hamburger
240 grams pork
3 slices lettuce
1 piece tomato
3 pcs egg
1 piece Egg white
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Soy sauce
1/2 tsp corn starch
a little pepper
a little Vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Wash the pork and cut it into slices
  • The sliced pork is chopped into minced meat (you can also directly use the cooking machine to minced minced meat, which is faster and more convenient)
  • Add an egg white and soy sauce to the minced meat
  • Add salt, cornstarch and pepper
  • Stir and marinate for a while
  • Prepare other ingredients, slice the tomato, wash the lettuce and leave only the green leaves (actually, I used 3 eggs, and I put one less when I took the picture.)
  • Put on disposable gloves, divide the marinated pork into 6 equal parts, knead and squash it (or knead it and squeeze it with a spatula)
  • Pour a little vegetable oil into the pot to heat
  • Put the divided pork into a frying pan, flatten it, and fry it slowly
  • After frying on one side, turn to the other side and fry slowly. The whole process will be ready in about 5 minutes.
  • The eggs are also fried one by one, sprinkle a little salt, and set aside
  • Cut the hamburger in half crosswise
  • Layer the lettuce, fried pork, tomato and egg one by one, cover the hamburger embryo, and fix it with a toothpick.
  • It’s very convenient and quick to make it for breakfast.
  • Finished picture (the slices are the sweet potato fries that were baked the night before. After putting it for one night, the taste of the next day is really super delicious!!! For the recipe, you can search for my recipe "Milk-flavored sweet fries")

Asian Pork Burger | Allrecipes image

I am a big fan of American classics like burgers and pizza, but sometimes you need to push things a little bit and try to come up with something that is a bit different. My wife and I both love Asian food and we love burgers, so one day I got inspired to whip up this recipe. They turned out amazing the first time; you just have to try these. They are so flavorful you can eat them without a bun. I would recommend putting some extra teriyaki sauce on them.

Total Time 30 minutes

Prep Time 20 minutes

Cook Time 10 minutes

Yield 8 burgers

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 pounds ground pork
1 small apple - peeled, cored, and chopped
½ red onion, chopped
½ green or red bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup teriyaki sauce
¼ cup apple cider
1 teaspoon ground ginger
½ cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon soy sauce

Steps:

  • Mix the ground pork, apple, onion, bell pepper, teriyaki sauce, apple cider, ground ginger, bread crumbs, black pepper, and soy sauce together in a mixing bowl until evenly combined; shape into 8 patties. Chill the patties in the freezer for 30 minutes so they are not soft when placed on the grill.
  • Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Cook the burgers on the preheated grill until firm, hot, and no longer pink in the center, about 5 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
