1 onion
6 ounces Corn (can)
1 red Bell pepper
6 ounces button Mushroom
4 ounces Cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons Tomato paste
3 ounces Whipped cream
7 ounces Sour cream
salt
peppers
0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
0.5 teaspoon dried Basil
6 ounces Gouda
4 Whole wheat buns
3 stalks Basil

Steps:

  • Peel and finely chop the onion. Drain the corn in a sieve. Clean, wash and halve the peppers, remove seeds and white skin and finely dice the flesh. Clean mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Clean, wash, dry grate and quarter the tomatoes.
  • Mix tomato paste with whipped cream and sour cream with a whisk. Season with salt, pepper, oregano and basil.
  • Grate the cheese and add about half of it together with the vegetables to the cream mixture and mix.
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper. Cut the rolls in half, put them on the baking tray and spread with sauce. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
  • Bake vegetarian pizza rolls at 390°F for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, wash the basil, shake dry, pluck off the leaves, chop finely and sprinkle over the finished rolls.

1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup chopped zucchini
1 cup chopped squash
1 cup chopped peppers
1 cup grated cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Stretch the pizza dough over a surface covered in flour.
  • Cover with tomato sauce.
  • Add all of the chopped vegetables and grated cheese.
  • Roll the dough slowly, and once you have the roll, cut it into thick slices.
  • Grease a baking tray and place the rolls.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes.
  • Serve the rolls immediately, if you prefer, serve them with tomato sauce.
