French fries are very famous snacks and everyone likes them and in this post, I am going to share an easy recipe to make is from Rice flour.

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 cup Water 
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp oil
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 cup Rice Flour
1 tbsp Gram Flour
Oil for deep frying
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp peper powder
1 tsp chaat masala
2 tbsp Red chili powder

Steps:

  •  To make Masala finger fries first of all put a pan on the gas.
  •  Now in the pan, add 1 cup of water, 1 tp of salt, 1 tsp of oil, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste and mix everything well and Boil.
  •  After a Boil keeps the flame on low and add 1 cup of rice flour in batches and mix well.
  • Now add 2 tbsp of gram flour and mix everything well.
  • After Mixing well put a lid on the pan and cook for 30 seconds on a low flame.
  • Now after a 30-second turn of the gas and transfer it into a Bowl.
  • Now when it becomes touchable then grease your hand with oil and prepare a smooth and soft dough of it.
  •  Now put a lid on the dough and keep it aside.
  • Now on a platform add some dust of flour.
  •  Now take a Part of the dough and make a ball.
  • Now roll it Medium Thick like the following image.
  • Now cut all edges and make a rectangle.
  • Now cut into french fries shape like the following image
  • Now follow the same process and make french fries from all dough and keep all covers with a cloth.
  • Now put a pan on gas and add oil for deep frying and heat on medium flame.
  • Now add prepared fries into oil and fry until they become golden.
  • After frying them take them out on a plate.
  • Now take a bowl and add 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder, 1 tsp of chaat masala, 2 tsp of red chili powder, and mix everything well.
  • Now add all french fingers into the bowl and put a lid on it and toss well coat on all sides.
  • Now your Rice french fries are completely ready and you can enjoy them.

carrots, diced

green onions, thinly sliced, white and green parts divided

cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp.

peeled and minced ginger (from a 1" piece)

4 c.

cooked long grain rice (preferably leftover)

3/4 c.

frozen peas

3 tbsp.

low-sodium soy sauce 

Steps:

  • Heat a large cast iron skillet over high heat until very hot, about 2 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon oil. Beat egg with 2 teaspoons water and a large pinch salt and add to skillet. Cook, stirring to form large soft curds, about 30 seconds. Transfer to a plate.  Return skillet to high heat and add 2 tablespoons oil, the carrots, and whites of the green onions. Cook until lightly golden, about 2 minutes. Add garlic and ginger and cook, stirring, until fragrant, 1 minute. Add rice, peas, and cooked eggs to skillet. Pour in soy sauce and cook, stirring until heated through, 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the remaining green onions.
