Air Fryer Tortilla Chips. Teaching you exactly how to cook your own homemade tortilla chips in the air fryer using flour tortillas. They are crispy, they are flavoursome, and they are ideal for a Mexican night in.

Steps:
- Place your extra virgin olive oil and seasoning into a ramekin and mix well.
- Use a pastry brush to brush the top and bottom of each of your tortillas.
- Use kitchen scissors to chop your tortillas in half, then half again and then half again to make 8ths.
- Place in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes at 180c/360f.
- Turn and then cook for a further 5 minutes at the same temperature on the other side.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper. In a microwave safe bowl, melt mozzarella, about 1 minute 30 seconds. Add almond flour, salt, garlic powder, chili powder, and a few cracks black pepper. Using your hands, knead dough a few times until a smooth ball forms. Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out into a rectangle ⅛” thick. Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut dough into triangles. Spread chips out on prepared baking sheets and bake until edges are golden and starting to crisp, 12 to 14 minutes.
