pizza dough
½ cup Hidden Valley® Blasted Bold Buffalo™ Dipping Sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese
8–10 boneless buffalo chicken wings
¼ cup purple onion
cilantro

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Lightly grease a 12" round pizza pan and press pizza dough into an even layer. Spread the dipping sauce over the base of the pizza dough, leaving 3/4 of an inch for the crust.

  • Sprinkle the pizza with cheese, the cooked boneless buffalo chicken wing halves and the sliced purple onion. Bake 13 to 16 minutes, or until golden brown and the crust is baked through.
  • Sprinkle freshly chopped cilantro and green onions across top, to preference, before slicing and enjoying hot!

4 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup hot sauce
1/3 cup ranch dressing
2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400.
  • Dice the cooked chicken.
  • Melt the butter, add the hot sauce and toss with the chicken.
  • Spread the ranch dressing on the pizza crust.
  • Top with the chicken.
  • Sprinkle on the cheese and bake for 10-12 minutes (or until the cheese is lightly browned).
  • It is ready to be devoured!
