Number Of Ingredients 9

3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup margarine or butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract

Steps:

  • In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; mix well. Using fork or pastry blender, cut in 1 cup margarine until mixture is crumbly. In small bowl, beat eggs.
