Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400. Place a wire rack inside of an aluminum foil-lined sheet pan, set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix all dry ingredients. Be sure to mix well.
- Using a paper towel, pat the chicken quarters dry.
- Rub the dry mixture on each chicken leg quarters. Be sure to apply the dry rub to both sides of the chicken.
- Place seasoned chicken on wire rack. Place the sheet pan with the fitted wire rack in the oven
- Bake at 400 for 50 minutes or until the center is no longer pink.
