One of the best fish meals for a busy weeknight is for those who have no time to cook something too challenging!

Provided by TastyCookery

Cook Time 15 minutes

Yield 8 servings

Number Of Ingredients 13

Salmon – 2 (14.75 oz.) cans, drained, flaked
Japanese bread crumbs – ¾ cup
Fresh parsley – 1/2 cup, minced
Eggs – 2, beaten
Green onions – 2, chopped
Seafood seasoning – 2 tsp.
Ground black pepper – 1 1/2 tsp.
Garlic powder – 1 1/2 tsp.
Worcestershire sauce – 3 tbsp.
Parmesan cheese – 3 tbsp., grated
Dijon mustard – 2 tbsp.
Creamy salad dressing – 2 tbsp.
Olive oil – 1 tbsp., divided

Steps:

  • Mix all the ingredients but the olive oil (from salmon to salad dressing) in a large bowl and form 8 patties. Add enough oil to a large skillet and heat over a medium heat. Fry the patties in batches for 5 to 7 minutes per side or until browned. Repeat with all the patties adding enough oil to fry.
