1 lb box elbow macaroni
4 tbsp butter
4 cups Water
2 tsp dry ground mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup evaporated milk
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
2 cups shredded Monterey jack (or provolone)
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
salt (to taste)

Steps:

Combine the macaroni, butter, water, mustard and pepper in the Instant Pot. Secure the lid, making sure the vent is closed.
Using the display panel select the MANUAL function*. Use the +/- keys and program the Instant Pot for 4 minutes.
When the time is up, quick-release the pressure. If pasta is not completely cooked, use the SAUTÉ function and cook, stirring occasionally, for another 2-3 minutes.
Add evaporated milk and cheeses, one at a time, stirring between each until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.
Salt to taste.

1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 can (5 ounces) tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 cup whole milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Minced fresh parsley, optional

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions. Stir in soup, tuna and milk. Pour into a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and, if desired, parsley. Bake, uncovered, 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Preheat oven to 350°. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Transfer to a shallow 3-qt. or 13x9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. , Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender. In a small bowl, whisk cornstarch, milk and seasonings until smooth; stir into pan. Stir in broth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Stir in 3/4 cup cheese until melted; stir in broccoli and tuna., Spoon over noodles; mix well. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Toss bread crumbs with melted butter; sprinkle over casserole.
