1 Tbsp Olive oil
0.5 tsp Kosher salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Lemon zest optional

Steps:

  • Preheat air fryer, if needed, to 375°F. Combine Brussels sprouts, oil, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl and toss well to coat. Add sprouts to the basket of an air fryer and cook at 375°F until crisp-tender, about 15 minutes, pausing to shake and toss sprouts after 8 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon zest, if desired.
  • Serving size: about ¾ cup
