BEST BLACKBERRY COBBLER RECIPE: HOW TO MAKE IT

Best Blackberry Cobbler Recipe: How to Make It image

I’ve tweaked this recipe a few times, and everyone enjoys it. You can use frozen blackberries, but fresh are best. The lime zest really complements the sweet fruit, and the sour cream pastry is delightful. —Kimberly Reisinger, Spring, Texas

BEST IN SHOW BLACKBERRY COBBLER RECIPE | ALLRECIPES
Good. But the original is too sweet for me who has diabetes. I reduced sugar to 3/8ths for the cake part and to 1/4 cup for the berry part. I also used three cups of frozen berries (berry mix of blackberries, blue berries, and raspberries) instead of just 2 cups. The berry part came out watery. Maybe it was from using frozen berries?
