George Foreman Grill Pork Chops Recipe image

These grilled pork chops are full of flavor yet cook in just minutes with very minimal preparation.

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 boneless center-cut pork chops (1/2" – 3/4" thick)
Fresh ground pepper and salt to taste
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp condiment

Steps:

  • Preheat your George Foreman Grill for at least 5-7 minutes on high with the lid closed.
  • Brush pork chops with olive oil.
  • Use a plate and pour 1 teaspoon of condiment on the plate.
  • Dip the pork chops in the condiment and make sure to get both sides wet.
  • Add more seasonings of your choice such as salt and pepper.
  • Grill pork chops for 7-8 minutes (with an optimal internal temperature of 145F/63C). When done, they should be slightly pink in the center. Make sure to flip the pork chops around the 4-minute mark so they are well done on both sides.

1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons chile powder 
1 teaspoon garlic powder 
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 
1 chicken, cut into 10 pieces, backbone removed 
1 tablespoon olive oil
Neutral oil, for oiling grill grates
2 cups BBQ sauce (your favorite store-bought or homemade) 
1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth 

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small dish, combine the salt, chile powder, garlic powder and black pepper. Brush the chicken with the olive oil and sprinkle on all sides with the spice mixture.
  • Brush the grill with oil. Place the chicken skin-side down on the grill and cook for 5 minutes. Turn and cook an additional 5 minutes. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish in a single layer.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together the BBQ sauce and chicken broth. Pour the sauce over the chicken and cover the baking dish tightly with foil. Bake until the chicken is cooked through and fork-tender, an additional 40 minutes.
