6 tablespoons butter, melted
1 1/4 cups Bisquick™ Original Pancake & Baking Mix
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup milk
3 cups fresh blueberries

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Pour melted butter into 8 or 9-inch square baking dish.
  • In medium bowl, whisk together Bisquick™ mix, sugar, and milk; pour over melted butter.
  • Sprinkle blueberries evenly over Bisquick™ batter. Bake 42 to 47 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.

I didn't care for this recipe. prepared it to a T, except i used black berries. the batter/crust was chewy, on the edges, and it had a VERY weird taste almost like fig, but not in a good way. Will never use this recipe again for cobbler. Ill take the long route and do it the right way, no more of this "easy" kind of recipes.
