Tomorrow is the weekend again. For office workers, after a hard and busy week, they can only rely on the weekend to cheer. So every weekend I like to make something special to make up for the workday. Simple pizza is one of my favorite foods during holidays, because besides the food itself, for me, I always feel that it is more representative. Joyful atmosphere. The tastes can be randomly matched, the size can be large or small, and can be flexibly adjusted according to taste and number of people. Whether it is a two-person world or a dinner with friends, it is a very pleasing choice.
Although it is said that pizza originated from Chinese pie, it evolved into pizza because foreigners did not imitate it well, but it is indeed an Italian-style food that has taken the world by storm. In fact, we don’t need to know when and where it originated. More is its wonderful taste. According to statistics, there are more than 20,000 pizzerias in Italy, and some people eat lunch and dinner almost every day. This 10-inch big pizza is super awesome for entertaining friends. It is especially willing to put the ingredients in the home-made pizza. The full Masu is sprinkled on it, and the drawing effect is superb. For authentic Italian pizza, the bottom of the cake should be shaped by hand tossing. Let’s not practice that much at home, and simplify it to hand rolling, which saves time and effort.

140 grams High-gluten flour
60 grams Low-gluten flour
120g water
2 grams salt
10gram Caster sugar
10gram yeast
olive oil
3 slices bacon
1/2 onion
1 piece green pepper
1 piece Red pepper
50 grams corn kernels
15 grams black olive
50 grams ketchup
200 g Mozzarella cheese
a little Pizza Grass

Steps:

  • Mix the high powder and low powder, add salt and yeast, stir evenly with chopsticks; pour in water, stir into a loose shape, and let stand for 10 minutes;
    Add olive oil and slowly knead the oil into the dough until it reaches the expansion stage; put the smooth dough in a container, cover with moist gauze, and leave it in a warm place to ferment
  • When the dough is 2.5 times larger, take it out, vent it again, round it, and relax for 15 minutes; roll the loosened dough into a round cake, slightly smaller in diameter than a pizza pan, cover it with gauze, and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour to shape;
    Take out the greased pizza pan, pierce some small holes in the crust with a fork; cut the bacon into cubes, and shred the onion, green and red pepper
  • Spread a layer of tomato sauce on the crust and evenly sprinkle 1/3 shredded cheese; sprinkle with bacon, corn kernels, onions, green and red peppers, black olives, 1/3 shredded cheese and a little pizza straw in sequence; bake under the pizza machine Set the zone to 200 degrees, 15 minutes, press the start button to start preheating; after preheating, put in the pizza and start baking, when the time is 5 minutes left, take out the last layer of shredded cheese and continue to bake until the end of the time
