1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (8-ounce) can no-salt-added tomato sauce
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
3 tablespoon sugar-free maple syrup
2 tablespoon light brown sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 strips turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a 1-1/2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour mixture into baking dish.
  • Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
