Flour, for pan
1 box yellow cake mix, plus ingredients called for on box
2 boxes vanilla pudding mix
3 c. milk
2 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 bananas, thinly sliced
20 Nilla Wafers, 4 crushed

Steps:

Make cake: Preheat oven to 350º and grease and flour a 9"-x-13" cake pan. Prepare yellow cake mix according to box instructions. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 25 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare pudding: In a small bowl, whisk together pudding packets and milk until thick. In another large bowl, beat cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Using the handle tip of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the cake. Spread pudding mixture on top and top with a layer of banana slices. Spread whipped cream on top and sprinkle all over with crushed and whole Nilla Wafers and more banana slices.

1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ yellow cake mix
Water, oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
2 boxes (4-serving size each) banana instant pudding and pie filling mix
3 cups cold milk
1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed
Sliced bananas
Vanilla wafer cookies

Steps:

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
Make and bake cake as directed on box for 13x9-inch pan; cool in pan on rack 5 minutes.
With handle of wooden spoon (1/4 to 1/2 inch in diameter), poke holes almost to bottom of cake every 1/2 inch, wiping spoon handle occasionally to reduce sticking.
In medium bowl, stir together Filling ingredients. Pour over cake immediately; spread evenly over surface, working back and forth to fill holes. (Some filling should remain on top of cake.) Refrigerate 1 hour.
Spread whipped topping evenly over cake. Just before serving, top with bananas and cookies. Cut into 5 rows by 3 rows.

Make cheesecake filling: In a large bowl using a hand mixer or in a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat cream cheese until fluffy and no clumps remain. Add sugar and beat until combined. Add heavy cream and vanilla and beat until medium-stiff peaks form. Set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk. Let pudding stand for 3 minutes in the fridge until thickened. Fold into cheesecake mixture until combined. Pour half the filling into graham cracker crust. Add a single layer of sliced bananas and Nilla Wafers (20 total), then pour over remaining cheesecake mixture and smooth top. Refrigerate until cheesecake is firm, at least 6 hours and up to overnight. (If the cheesecake stills feels too soft to slice, transfer to the freezer for up to 1 hour.) Before serving, top with dollops of whipped topping around the border of the cheesecake. Top each dollop with a banana slice and Nilla wafer, then garnish the whole cheesecake with crushed Nilla Wafers.
