STARBUCKS PUMPKIN CREAM CHEESE MUFFINS | 100K RECIPES
These are delicious Starbucks pumpkin cream cheese muffins with a very light and fluffy texture. Really, these are the most delicate and airy pumpkin muffins I've ever tasted.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- Add all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt to a large bowl. Mix until combined. Set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, egg, melted butter (cooled), and vanilla extract until combined. Then, add these wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix using a rubber spatula or a wooden spoon until just combined. Don't over-mix the batter.
- Grease the muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray or line with paper liners. Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin. Fill each liner about ¾ full. Set aside.
- Prepare the cream cheese filling. In a bowl, whisk together softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, milk, and vanilla extract until combined. Then, transfer the cream cheese filling to the piping bag. Fill each muffin with the cream cheese filling: dip the cut tip of the pastry bag into the center of the batter and slowly add the filling and lift the pastry bag to the top of the muffin. You need to add about 1 tbsp of cream cheese filling to each pumpkin muffin.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until ready. Check the readiness of the Starbucks pumpkin cream cheese muffins using a toothpick inserted in the part without the filling, if it comes out clean - Starbucks pumpkin cream cheese muffins are ready. Then, remove the muffin tin from the oven and let Starbucks pumpkin cream cheese muffin cool slightly. Then, remove from the tin.
CREAM CHEESE CAKE MIX COOKIES | JUST A PINCH RECIPES
Deliciously sweet, these cookies are fantastic! The cream cheese gives them a soft and gooey taste. Their texture is cake-like. If you like a thinner crispy cookie, these are not that. Sort of like a soft-batch cookie you get from the store. We made these two ways. For one, we used a butter cake mix and added chocolate chips. The other we used a red velvet cake mix and mixed in white chocolate chips and nuts. Get creative with your favorite combination.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream together butter and cream cheese. (I used a mixer for this part only.)
- Add egg and vanilla; mix until well blended.
- Stir in cake mix a little at a time.
- Continue until it's all blended.
- Then add any chips, candy, or nuts, as you like.
- Spoon onto cookie sheer and bake for 10 minutes, until edges are brown.

- Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon, adobo, and black pepper in the bowl of an electric mixer. Mix it until totally combined (if you have a few lumps from the cream cheese, no problem; you won't see them later!)Add the cheddar and Monterey jack and mix gently until combined. Use a rubber spatula to scrape the bowl and make sure all the ingredients are mixed together. Stir in the pimentos and dill. Taste and mix in more of whatever you think it needs. Add more cheese if you like the pimento cheese to be less creamy; add less if you like it to be more creamy.Refrigerate pimento cheese for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with crackers, small hollowed-out peppers, carrot and celery sticks, and olives. (Or make small sandwiches or even a grilled cheese with it!)***Note: For best results, make sure the cheddar and jack cheeses are nice and cold when you mix them in.
