2 cups vegetable oil
5 lbs coleslaw mix

Steps:

  • In a mini chopper--chop fine: scallions, green yellow pepper.
  • In a separate bowl, Mix well together: sugar, dry mustard, celery seed, kosher salt, pepper.
  • In a separate bowl, Mix well together: vinegar, vegetable oil.
  • Add in order (1,2 and 3) mixtures to a 5# bag of coleslaw mix. Mix well.
