Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 10-inch Bundt® or tube pan with baking spray.
- Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in large bowl.
- Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into pan.
- Bake 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake on wire rack 25 minutes. Remove cake from pan and cool completely.
- Place frosting in microwave safe bowl and microwave 15 seconds, until melted. Pour glaze over cooled cake.

- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together cake mix and pudding mix. Keep aside.
- In another mixing bowl, add eggs, oil, water, sour cream, lemon zest, lemon extract and mix until smooth.
- Dump the dry mixture into the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
- Pour batter in a greased and floured loaf pan (Dimensions: 9x5). You can also use 2 smaller loaf pans or even a 10-12 cup bundt pan.
- Spread batter evenly with a spatula.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until an inserted toothpick in the center comes out clean. Enjoy!
