1 teaspoon plus 2 tablespoons butter, divided
24 ounces Baker's white baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1/3 cup Kahlua (coffee liqueur)

Steps:

Line a 9-in. square pan with foil; grease foil with 1 teaspoon butter. In a large heavy saucepan, cook and stir white chocolate over low heat until melted. Add milk and remaining butter; stir until blended. Remove from heat; stir in pecans and Kahlua., Spread into prepared pan. Refrigerate, covered, 2 hours or until firm. Remove foil; cut fudge into 1-in. squares. Store between layers of waxed paper in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

2 cups water
1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup instant coffee
1 3/4 liters high quality vodka
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 whole vanilla bean

Steps:

Combine the brown sugar, granulated sugar and water in a small sauce pan. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from the heat. Stir in the coffee. Allow to cool completely.
Pour into a large plastic container with a lid. Add the vodka, vanilla flavoring and vanilla bean.
Cover and let stand for two to three weeks or until fully aged. Kahlua, when properly stored, can last safely for up to a few years.
