Last night's leftover turkey tops a tasty pizza ready in just 30 minutes.

1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust
3/4 cup jellied cranberry sauce (from 16-oz can)
2 cups prepared stuffing
1 cup shredded cooked turkey
1/2 cup turkey gravy
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. Unroll dough in pan. Starting at center, press out dough to edges of pan. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until light golden brown.
  • Spread cranberry sauce over partially baked crust. Evenly top with stuffing and turkey. Drizzle gravy over pizza; top with cheese.
  • Bake 6 to 10 minutes longer or until edges of crust are golden brown and cheese is melted.

1 teaspoon olive oil
2 tubes (13.8 ounces each) refrigerated pizza crust
1 can (15 ounces) pizza sauce
1 cup sliced red onion
1 can (14 ounces) water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped
2 large tomatoes, sliced
2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook sausage in oil over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until no longer pink. Cut into 1/4-in. slices., Press pizza dough into a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan, building up edges slightly; seal seam. Prick dough thoroughly with a fork. Bake at 400° for 8 minutes or until lightly browned., Spread with pizza sauce; top with sausage, onion, artichokes and tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
