Budget steak doesn't have to taste cheap. This smoker recipe will have you buying up top sirloin everytime you have the opportunity.

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 2 lb sirloin steak
3 tbsp steak seasoning
2 tbsp extra virgion olive oil

Steps:

  • rinse and dry sirloin steak
  • season your steak with your favorite store or homemade seasoning
  • set your smoker to 225 degrees and smoke to your desired temperature (leaving 10 degrees for reverse searing)
  • brush sirloin steak with olive oil while you turn grill to maximum heat
  • place sirloin steak on grill searing for 2-3 minutes each side until you reach the final desired temperature.
  • rest the steak for 5-10 minutes to allow it to reabsorb the juices

This is a full-proof way to cook an amazing steak. All you need are some cook steaks, your favorite steak seasoning, a temperature probe, and a smoker.

2 lbs new york strip steak
2 tbsp steak seasoning (or salt/pepper)
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp minced garlic

Steps:

  • remove new york strip steaks from packaging and dry them off
  • apply your favorite steak seasoning to both sides of the new york strips
  • add steaks to smoker set to 250 degrees
  • remove steaks from smoker once reached 120 degrees
  • add butter and garlic to a hot pan
  • add steaks to the hot pan and flip them once
  • remove steak from pan and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes
