Ingredients

8 slices crusty Italian Sliced Bread
1/2 cup apricot jam
1/3 cup dijon mustard
1 package NatureRaised Farms Uncured Smoked Sliced Ham
1 Granny Smith Apple (, thinly sliced)
1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
2 tsp . chopped fresh rosemary leaves
1/2 tablespoon butter

Steps:

Spread jam and mustard over the sliced bread.
Arrange ham slices over 4 slices of bread.
Add sliced apples and mounds of cheese over the ham.
Season with rosemary and close sandwiches with the remaining slices.
Melt butter in a saute pan over medium heat.
Grill sandwich until golden brown on both sides.
Serve immediately.
