4 (6 ounce) red snapper fillets
salt and pepper, to taste
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 bunch green onion, diced

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Season filets with salt and pepper.
  • Saute onion in butter in saucepan on top of stove.
  • Place seasoned filets in pyrex baking dish and pour butter-onion mixture on top.
  • Cook for 30 minutes, occasionally spooning butter over filets.
  • When fish are tender and flake, remove from oven and sprinkle green onions on top.

4 Red Snapper Fillet
2 tablespoon Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
to taste Salt
to taste Ground Black Pepper
2 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
to taste Lemon

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  • Pat dry the Red Snapper Fillet (4).
  • Rub the side with the skin with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 tablespoon) and season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and Fresh Parsley (1 tablespoon).
  • Flip them over and do the same on the other side. Then sprinkle the top with Breadcrumbs (2 tablespoon) and drizzle with a little more olive oil.
  • Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
  • Serve immediately with some Lemon (to taste) slice.
