Steps:
- Cut each pickle in half across the equator. Use an apple corer, melon baller or the tip of a small knife to hollow out the interior of each pickle half, leaving an 1/8-inch-thick border of pickle intact. Slice the closed end of each pickle shot glass just enough to make it sit flat. Be sure not to cut too deep and create a hole in the shot glass.
- Fill each pickle shot glass with 1 tablespoon of bourbon. Serve immediately.

- Cut off the curved ends of each pickle, then slice into thirds. Place each one seeds-side up and use a melon baller or 1/4-tsp measuring spoon to carve out a cup in each pickle piece. Line up all six pickle pieces and fill three with whiskey and three with pickle juice. Take a shot of whiskey, then the shot of pickle juice. Eat the pickles.

- In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine pickle juice and whiskey and bring mixture to a simmer. Remove saucepan from heat then whisk in gelatin. Let mixture cool slightly. Make pickle shot glasses: Cut off the ends of each pickle so that both ends are flat, then cut each pickle in half crosswise. Using a quarter teaspoon, scoop out the middle of each pickle to create a well. Carefully pour whiskey mixture into each pickle then sprinkle dill on top. Refrigerate until jello is set, about 2 hours.
