Steps:
- {In a bowl, mix}
- 2 cups of plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup organic blueberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- I also added about 2 Tbsp honey. (taste-test/sweetener is a personal preference)
- ¦In an 8×8 pan I sprinkled hazelnuts very lightly on the bottom, then spread the fruit yogurt on top.
- Top with more berries & freeze for 4-6 hours.
- Place just the bottom of the pan in warm water for a few seconds to easily remove the yogurt bars.
- Slice into squares
- Serve immediately, or wrap in plastic wrap.
- Store in the freezer.
