7 oz (200 g) rice noodles
¼ cup (60 ml) tahini
¼ cup (60 ml) water
2 tbsp (30 ml) lime juice
1 tbsp (15 ml) fish sauce
1 tbsp (15 ml) maple syrup
1 tsp (5 ml) sambal oelek
1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
1 ripe but firm mango, cut into thin slices
1 ripe but firm avocado, cut into thin slices
½ cup (15 g) cilantro leaves
2 tsp toasted black sesame seeds
