For an easy weeknight meal, prepare boneless, grilled chicken with Grill Mates® Montreal Chicken Seasoning. The bold garlic and herb-flavored marinade is easy to prepare and even easier to devour. Toss marinated chicken on the grill and serve with your favorite side.

Ingredients

2 tbsps Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsps cider vinegar
2 tbsps water
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts

Steps:

Mix Seasoning, oil, vinegar and water in small bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the marinade for basting. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well.
Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
Grill over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through, basting with reserved marinade during the last few minutes of cooking.

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets
1 tsp oil
1 tbsp McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Chicken Seasoning
2 tbsps balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp French's® Dijon Mustard
6 tbsps cold butter, cut into chunks

Steps:

Brush flesh side of fish with oil. Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of the Seasoning.
Grill fish over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove from grill. Cover with foil; keep warm.
Mix vinegar, honey, mustard and 1 teaspoon Seasoning in small saucepan. Cook on medium heat 2 minutes. Add butter, 1 tablespoon at a time, swirling pan over heat until each tablespoon of butter is melted. (Butter must melt gradually to form a creamy sauce. If necessary, move pan off heat to keep it from getting too hot.) Stir gently until sauce is smooth and well blended. Serve sauce over fish.
