A No-Bake Dessert recipe that is perfect for summertime. Get the kids in the kitchen to make your very own Cookie Dough Klondike Bars!

Steps:
- In a large bowl (or stand mixer) cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Stir in flour, salt and vanilla extract.
- Using a large spoon or spatula stir in chocolate chips.
- Place in Pampered Chef Brownie Pan to freeze.
- In a Pampered Chef Small MicroCooker (or Double Boiler) melt chocolate in microwave.
- Remove cookie dough from brownie pan and place a tablespoon of melted chocolate into each spot in the Brownie Pan. Put the Cookie Dough onto top and cover with more melted chocolate.
- Freeze for a minimum of an hour to set up and for the chocolate to harden.
- Remove from freezer 20-30 minutes prior to eating to allow the bars to soften up.

- Line an 8"-x-8" pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl using a hand mixer (or in the bowl of a stand mixer), beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form, 5 minutes. In another large bowl beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth then add powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Unwrap Klondike bars and place in prepared pan. Pour cream cheese mixture over Klondike bars and smooth top with a spatula. Sprinkle with crushed Oreos and freeze until firm, 4 hours or up to overnight. When firm, drizzle with melted chocolate, slice into bars, and serve immediately.
