Boneless Pork Ribs Recipe | MyRecipes image

No grill? No problem. These juicy Boneless Pork Ribs are so tender they fall apart, and the only thing better than the meat is the slightly sweet, tart, and smoky sauce. We’ve hit all the flavors you’re looking for in barbecue, resulting in a combination of tastes that’s juuuuuust right for a backyard cookout or family dinner. Be sure to get boneless country style ribs for this recipe. You can ask your butcher to cut a boneless pork shoulder into 1 1/2 inch-thick slabs. The process requires that you bake the ribs covered in the beginning, to retain the juice that are released from the meat, and uncovered at the end to give them a nice exterior texture and lots of texture. Serve with your favorite comfort-style side, like potato salad, cole slaw, macaroni and cheese, or grilled veggies.

Yield Serves 4 (serving size: 2 boneless ribs and sauce)

Number Of Ingredients 13

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 ½ teaspoons paprika
¼ teaspoon chipotle chile powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
1 ¾ teaspoons kosher salt, divided
1 teaspoon black pepper, divided
3 ½ pounds boneless country-style pork ribs, cut into 1-in.-thick x 1 1/2-in.-wide pieces
1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon molasses
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ tablespoon chopped chipotle chiles in adobo sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 300°F. Coat bottom of a sheet pan with olive oil. Stir together paprika, chile powder, garlic powder, onion powder, 3/4 teaspoon of the salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of the pepper in a small bowl until blended. Sprinkle all sides of ribs with spice mixture, and place ribs in a single layer in prepared sheet pan. Cover tightly with aluminum foil, and bake in preheated oven until ribs are tender and can be pulled apart with a fork, about 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours.
  • Meanwhile, whisk together ketchup, molasses, vinegar, Worcestershire, chopped chiles, and remaining 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in a medium bowl. Pour half of sauce into a small bowl, and reserve for serving.
  • Remove ribs from oven, and increase oven temperature to 450°F. Uncover ribs, and drain any accumulated juices from sheet pan. Baste ribs with remaining sauce. (Discard any unused basting sauce.) Bake ribs at 450°F, uncovered, until ribs are very tender and sauce has become sticky and slightly glazed on ribs, about 20 minutes. Serve ribs with reserved sauce.

Number Of Ingredients 18

2 lb pork tenderloin (sliced into 4-inch-thick pieces)
1 cup chipotle BBQ sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cup low sodium chicken stock
1 lb macaroni (elbow pasta)
6 cups Water
1/2 oz butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups grated Cheddar cheese
2 cups grated pizza mozzarella cheese
2 cups milk
1 pinch nutmeg
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Steps:

  • Add Pulled Pork ingredients to the inner pot. Secure lid for pressure cooking.
  • Select PRESSURE COOK, HIGH and set time to 40 minutes (00:40). Select START.
  • When the cooking program ends, Select CANCEL and leave for Natural Release.
  • Once pressure has fully released, open lid. Remove pork from inner pot. Pull apart the meat with two forks. Mix pork with remaining sauce from the pot or with additional BBQ sauce. Transfer to dish and cover to keep warm.
  • Clean the inner pot once it’s cooled. Add water and macaroni to the pot. Stir and secure lid for pressure cooking.
  • Select PRESSURE COOK, HIGH and set time to 1 minute (00:01). Select START.
  • Once the cooking program ends, allow for 5 minute Natural Release. Then Quick Release remaining pressure. Select CANCEL. Rinse pasta with cold water in a strainer and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, warm the milk.
  • Select SAUTÉ-LOW. Select START.
  • Add the butter in the inner pot. When butter starts to sizzle (before it turns brown), add flour. Whisk butter and flour together. Cook for a few minutes.
  • Before the flour browns, add milk and continuously whisk to prevent lumps from forming.
  • Add nutmeg, paprika, salt and pepper, and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add cheese and stir.
  • Once the cheese has melted, add your pasta and mix. Select CANCEL. Serve and enjoy!
