Fruity Cream Cheese Protein Bites | Hy-Vee image

Keep these no-bake fruity cream cheese protein bites in your freezer or refrigerator for a post-workout protein-packed snack.

1 (8-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee plain cream cheese
1 (8-oz.) container Hy-Vee strawberry whipped cream cheese
3 (1-oz. each) scoops Alani Nu fruity cereal-flavored protein powder
1 c. of Hy-Vee fruity dyno-bites cereal

Steps:

  • 1.

    Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.

  • 2.

    In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheeses and protein powder until well combined. Scoop mixture into 18 (1-1/2 tablespoon each) balls. Place on prepared sheet pan and freeze 20 minutes or until firm.  

  • 3.

    Coat frozen balls in crushed cereal. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or the freezer for up to 1 month.

1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
2-3 Tbsp coconut flour
1 Tbsp granulated sugar of choice* (OPTIONAL)
3 Tbsp cream cheese of choice** ((1.5 oz))
1/4 cup fresh raspberries
2 Tbsp white chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Roughly chop the raspberries with a fork, just so there are no large chunks
  • Mix all the ingredients together except the white chocolate chips. Add more coconut flour if the dough is too soft, add a teaspoon or more of water, honey or liquid sweetener of choice if the dough is too thick*
  • Roll the batter into tablespoon sized balls, refrigerate for 15 minutes to set
  • Optional: melt 2 Tablespoons of white chocolate chips and dip in the protein balls.
