Number Of Ingredients 4

1 tbsp ground cumin 1 1/2 tbsp ground coriander 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tbsp Sriracha sauce 2 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves 1 scallion
cleaned
trimmed and rough cut 3/4 cup grape seed or vegetable oil
chilled salt and pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.  2. Pour marinade on top of meat and let it soak for at least four hours or overnight.

Such an easy, delicious sauce to add intense flavor to seafood and rice! We love it!

1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
2 Tbsp Salute Santé! Chardonnay Grapeseed Oil
1 fresh lemon, juiced
1/2 Tbsp butter
1/2 fresh lemon, zested
salt to taste

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in shallow sauce pan and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat and simmer to reduce. About 3 minutes.
  • Pour over fish, chicken or rice.
