2 slices of bread
2 tablespoon peanut butter ((or sub with any nut butter))
1 banana (sliced)
Sliced strawberries
Drizzle of honey or maple syrup
2 tablespoon shredded coconut

Steps:

Slice bread and place in a toaster or toaster oven for 7 minutes at 350 F / 176 C.
Spread peanut butter on toasted bread. Then add toppings such as sliced bananas, strawberries, and drizzle of honey.
Optional to toast shredded coconut on a parchment lined tray in a single layer for 5-10 minutes at 350 F / 176 C. The shredded coconut will toast quickly.

I fix my toast this way every once in a while. Very yummy warmed. Sometimes when I am in a hurry I will just butter the toast, spread peanut butter on it and prinkle the sugar on top but mixing it all together gives a better overall taste.
