1/2 lb hot dogs, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
1/4 cup chopped onion, if desired
1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
Ketchup and mustard, if desired

Steps:

Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray. Layer hot dog pieces and onion in pie plate.
In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs with wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour into pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve with ketchup and mustard.

3/4 ts Mustard powder
2 Potatoes; chopped
1/2 c Water
1/2 c Sauerkraut
1/4 ts Caraway seeds
1 Onion chopped
2 Unbaked deep dish pie shells
1 pk Bread crumbs

Steps:

"Cook potatoes, onion in 1/2 cup water. Drain sauerkraut and chop hot dogs. Add sauerkraut and hot dogs to mixture and cook for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Gradually add bread crumbs until mixture is moist and thick. Add mustard powder and caraway seeds and pour mixture into uncooked pie crust. Place 2nd crust on top. Prick the top crust and brush with milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. "

Cook potatoes, onion in 1/2 c. water. Drain sauerkraut and chop warm dogs. Add in sauerkraut and warm dogs to mix and cook for 20 min or possibly till potatoes are tender. Gradually add in bread crumbs till mix is moist and thick. Add in mustard pwdr and caraway seeds and pour mix into uncooked pie crust. Place 2nd crust on top. Prick the top crust and brush with lowfat milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
