HIDDEN VALLEY TOMATO & BACON SALAD DRESSING RECIPES

Steps:

• Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water. Set pasta and water aside.

• In a large skillet, heat olive oil until shimmering, add garlic, sliced chicken and HVR seasoning, cook for about 2 minutes.

• Add tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes, the tomatoes will start to release a little liquid and become jammy.

• Add pasta and half of the pasta water, toss until combined. Add a little more pasta water if needed, and cook for about 2–3 minutes, until mixture is heated through.

• Top each portion with parmesan, a drizzle of olive oil, and fresh basil if desired.

Steps:

• Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat, then add the onion and cook until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes, roasted peppers, and stock. Cover and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.

• Remove from heat, let cool for 10 minutes. Using a hand-held immersion blender,
  or carefully blending in batches in a traditional blender, puree the soup until
  smooth.

• Bring soup back to a simmer, and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat
  and slowly whisk in the dressing until combined; season with salt and pepper.

• Serve warm in bowls and drizzle with more dressing, if desired.
